True Leadership

The film Robin Hood starring Russell Crowe is a powerful reminder of things dear to us. It is essentially a film about leadership, contrasting the leadership qualities of two kings - Richard the Lionheart and his brother John - with that of the more common Robert Longstride aka Robin Hood. True to history, Richard and John are portrayed as flawed kings; Richard is blinded by a desire for military glory and John by material greed and a lust for power. The good thing about the film is that it clearly leaves room in the viewer's imagination for the possibilities and potential of good kingship. John is urged by his counsellor to be a shepherd king but, of course, rejects the advice.

Robin Hood's leadership is based on his integrity as a man. There is a great scene in the film where, under Robin's leadership and stewardship, the village he becomes lord of is enjoying a night of celebration and revelry. All the village's young men have left to become scavengers hiding in the nearby forest. However, they all sneak back to see the village having its big celebration. The symbolism is potent: the "orphaned" and the outcast are drawn back to the joy in the camp, a camp transformed by a real fathering leader. The film cries out for such leadership. By the end of the movie, Robin leads these young men in a clear fathering role.

The key of David requires such fathering leadership. In Isaiah 22, the self-serving ministry of Shebna is rejected for the father-heart ministry of Eliakim. Sardis is the church where leadership is based on rank and title. It is the church where pastors and teachers hold sway, with the tolerance of the evangelist ministry. The Church of Philadelphia, by contrast, is where leadership is based on having a shepherd's heart and is where apostles and prophets are restored to their true governmental authority.

Those who see Robin Hood as a lick against monarchy and a blow for democracy are missing the point. The point is not that leadership of a commoner is to be preferred over that of a king. The point is that true leadership is fathering and shepherding. Kings can have these qualities; in fact, I believe the film very blatantly posits the question: What if the man on the Throne had the qualities of Robin Hood?

Such a shepherd king upon the Throne of Britain is our heart's longing.

The Shepherd Boy

The song "The Shepherd's Boy" is a very unusual one in that it comes from an age of the Church that is only now beginning to manifest; that is, the Church of Philadelphia. Although it speaks of ancient history, it is a song of the future when the Key of David will be known to many. As someone in our fellowship put it, it makes you want to cry without the guilt of a Sardis song. There is no guilt in Philadelphia, only love.

The song makes me think of the boy David. I can see the Father in heaven watching the lad as he shepherds his father's sheep in the fields. You can sense the heart of God bursting with love for this boy. There's something about David that delights God. It's almost like Yahweh got caught by surprise by David. Saul has not long been anointed king of Israel and proven himself a dud when up pops a boy in the hills tending sheep who gets Yahweh's attention. Samuel is then dispatched to anoint David while Saul is still on the throne. It's almost like God rips up the plan for the throne of Israel and switches to a new one.

The Bible speaks about the sure mercies of David and tells us his throne is founded upon mercy. Saul had no such promise undergirding his kingdom rule. God knows He will have to pillow David with mercy because He knows he is not infallible. But this is David already pushing Yahweh into a New Covenant paradigm because such a concept and relationship of sure mercy is found only in the New Covenant era. David always broke the boundaries of his own time. He set up the tabernacle where the worship was not according to the order prescribed under the Old Covenant but had definite aspects of the New Covenant.

The most startling thing about David is that he had a relationship with Jesus Christ one thousand years before Jesus walked the earth! In Psalm 110 David speaks of his own lord being at the right hand of Yahweh. David knew that Someone was at Yahweh's right hand and that this Person was his own master. Would that all monarchs on David's throne had such a vision! David is a man who is not content to be a man of his dispensation. He pushes Yahweh into giving him blessings and privileges of the age to come.

David's heart clearly delights God so much that He bends history and the timeline to accomodate David. He even makes David a patriarch like Abraham, Isaac and Jacob (Acts 2:29) and loves this shepherd boy so much that he makes him a sharer in Abraham's promise of innumerable seed (Jeremiah 33:20-22). Since Yahweh cannot have another covenant partner because He is already covenanted with Abraham, He does the next best thing; He seeds David's seed into Abraham's. This commingling of David and Abraham's seed has been proven in history and is borne out by DNA statistics (see my book The Key Of David for a fuller explanation). God's desire to bless and honour David made Him perform extravagant - even outrageous - things for the wee boy who captured His attention tending the sheep in the fields.

We in this 21st century who have seen the Key of David and who understand that his throne resides with us still in our British monarchy have a sacred duty and responsibility to uphold this throne by our prayers and actions. We know this glorious throne is Yahweh's instrument of dominion on planet earth. We know that Jesus must reign upon this throne as the King within the king who sits upon it, until that marvellous day He splits the skies and comes to reign upon it in His own corporal body. So we pray for the shepherd king who is coming. That king who will lead our nation back to God and usher in what Paul spoke of as life from the dead. The age of Philadelphia is upon us. This is the day when the tabernacle of David is restored and all Israel shall be saved.

"I HAVE A VOICE"

You would need more than a pinch of salt to take the movie The King's Speech as historically accurate. However, poetic licence helps us to see that something does not need to be factually inerrant to demonstrate a wonderful truth and, indeed, speak in a prophetic way.

There is a scene in the film (see here) where the man who is coaching King George VI to speak without stammering addresses him from Edward's Chair, under which at the time sat the Stone of Destiny. There is a legend that the Stone speaks when it sees the true monarch and this makes this scene in the movie very poignant. King George is pushed by his voice coach - an "ordinary" man - to the point where he shouts: "I HAVE A VOICE" in response to the question of why should anybody listen to him.

Why should we listen to the monarch in today's day and age? Do kings and queens still have a say in our democratic society? To answer that, here is another voice not heeded much these days:

Then thou spakest in vision to thy holy one, and saidst, I have laid help upon one that is mighty; I have exalted one chosen out of the people. 

I have found David my servant; with my holy oil have I anointed him: 

With whom my hand shall be established: mine arm also shall strengthen him. 

The enemy shall not exact upon him; nor the son of wickedness afflict him. 

And I will beat down his foes before his face, and plague them that hate him. 

But my faithfulness and my mercy shall be with him: and in my name shall his horn be exalted. 

I will set his hand also in the sea, and his right hand in the rivers. 

He shall cry unto me, Thou art my father, my God, and the rock of my salvation. 

Also I will make him my firstborn, higher than the kings of the earth. 

My mercy will I keep for him for evermore, and my covenant shall stand fast with him. 

His seed also will I make to endure for ever, and his throne as the days of heaven. 

PSALM 89:19-29

This is part of the Davidic Covenant, of course. It is God's promise to uphold the Throne of David in the earth and establish this Throne as the highest earthly authority. Yes, higher even than Popes and Presidents. Those of us who believe the British Throne is the continuation of this Davidic Throne understand the importance of these promises in terms of our national destiny. The Throne is the Throne and is upheld by Yahweh. It is His business to ensure its continuation. Our business is to pray for both the incumbent monarch and those who will succeed her.

We need a Davidic king upon the Throne of Britain. Back at the very start of the Kingdom of Israel, when there was the split with Judah, the first king of Israel, Jeroboam, had two golden calves made and ordered the Israelites in his kingdom to worship it. God sent a prophet from Judah who in effect told Jeroboam that God had an answer to his terrible deed. It was a shepherd king who would come on the Throne of Judah and destroy the altar of idolatry Jeroboam had built. God's answer was the Throne of David. It still is. Yahweh could have said that Messiah was coming but He didn't. He had a man with a voice who would rule just like David. That man was named by the prophet as Josiah.

Great story. All the more remarkable when you realise it was almost three hundred years later that Josiah came to the Throne in Judah. By this time the Northern House of Israel had been taken into captivity by the Assyrians. Josiah fulfilled the prophecy and led the greatest revival of the Old Testament. God used the seed of David on the Throne of David to deliver His people from idolatry and backsliddenness.

Our vision is such a monarch to come forth in Britain today. A king who will lead the people, destroy the oppressor and pull down the idols in our land. A 21st century Josiah. A shepherd king. A man like David. For those who doubt such a king could come from our royal house consider this: both Josiah's grandfather and father were two of the wickedest kings Judah ever had. They were evil beyond description.

Our constitution prohibits our monarch from speaking out on matters of policy and reduces the monarchy to a ceremonial  role. This must change. There is coming a king who will speak the Word of the Lord to the people of this nation. Many won't like it, including some who profess to be Christian. But God will perform wonders to display this king is His instrument.

Days of glory are ahead of us!

The Return Of The King

It is vital to emphasise the vision of our ministry. We are not standing for what is but for what can and will be. The failings and excesses of the British Empire are well known, if increasingly exaggerated. We are not promulgating a blind adherence to the Queen.

Our ministry is to the Throne and nation. It is an Arthurian vision. It demands a great purging of the House of David, the one foretold in the book of the Prophet Zechariah. Its fulfillment necessitates having a king like David upon the British Throne - not a perfect man but a man who follows Yahweh with his whole heart. Such a king will judge always for the poor and this means he will crush the oppressor in society. Of course, this means he will destroy the debt economy that holds planet earth in bondage.

Our vision incorporates that of the Reverend John McPhee - the King (Jesus) within the king upon Britain's Throne, the human king being a channel for the King of Kings. This is the Key of David and it is the answer to earth's ills. Of course, the Throne of David is designed to be sat upon by King Jesus but this can be accomplished in history by the "King within the king" concept. It is meant to be.

There are those who say that our Royal House is compromised by the conspiracy against God and mankind. Some even claim the Royal family is a willing part of this conspiracy. That even ancient Judah had kings who were wicked there is no dispute. Our loyalty is to the Throne as God's instrument totally. Loyalty to those who sit upon it is necessarily limited. Cromwell, a loyal King's man, understood this. Ultimately. fealty to God first drove Cromwell to oppose a king who abused his role.

God's answer is the Throne of David. The institution is there; all it awaits is a worthy monarch to sit upon it. Britain needs a shepherd king. The world needs a true king. Kingdom is of God, democracy of man and satan. When you pray "Thy Kingdom come" understand that it is the Throne of David you are asking Yahweh to uphold and empower.

May the Lord bring forth the shepherd king we all long for. Premillenials will interpret this as the Second Coming of Jesus. If they are right, then it's all glory. If God chooses to answer prayer by raising up one descended from David who will be utterly sold out to Him and, vitally, one determined to uphold the coronation oath he will take, then it is glory still.

How To Prosper Personally And Save The World

As Emrys I am called to teach and preach on The Matter Of Britain. My message is a national one, specifically to the peoples of Britain. The Bible is a national book in that, in both Old and New Testaments, it is addressed to the nation of Israel. My particular calling is to tell the indigenous peoples of the British Isles that they are descended from the biblical tribes of Israel. Isaiah 51:16 is the commissioning text for our church and ministry. Of course, some are not ready to hear that. We have two main "target" audiences - those who are Christians and those who are not. It is difficult for some Christians not necessarily to believe the message as to receive it and allow it to change them. Churchianity has strong conditioning but the truth will eventually penetrate even the most obstinate of programming. We are used to people showing interest then going all defensive as their churchianity kicks in. That's ok. It's tough finding out you don't know what you really need to.

I have been revisiting Isaiah chapter 51 recently in our meetings. The gist of the messages is that the answer to the recession we are presently being made to endure is that we are God's Israel people. Every problem in life is an identity problem for those who follow the Lord. That is, you mess up because you forget who you are. Nationally, this is the case with Britain. When the glorious outpouring of Pentecostal blessing first came to America and Europe at the turn of the 20th century, the wonderful truth of British Israel and the British Throne's descent from the Throne of David was widely taught and believed by multitudes. The early pioneers and founders of denominations in the UK like the Elim Movement and the Apostolic Church were all staunch proponents of our Israelite identity. Sadly, that truth has been obscured as the decades passed. See here for the story.

It has to be said that until this glorious truth is once more embraced by people in this nation, the awesome move of God people long for will not be manifest. This may enrage those who have their own ideas about revival but Yahweh is on the Throne and it is His purpose we must align ourselves with.

Anyway, I have been teaching in our meetings along these lines and trying to get across the powerful truth that to proclaim the truth of British Israel is to innoculate yourself from the effects of the recession. More than this, it is the truth of British Israel that will destroy the economy of Babylon and usher in the Kingdom of God economy. In essence, if you want to prosper personally and nationally, preach and teach that we are Israel.

I have testimony after testimony in my own life to the amazing effects of this. In the last few days I have been greatly blessed financially in my income and also seen a £4,000 debt miraculously cancelled! The reason is very simple: I am preaching this message more fervently than ever.

I am aware that some have an agenda for resisting and rejecting the truth of our national identity and destiny. As I said, churchianity is strong in its conditioning. But if you need to prosper financially, you may want to consider this very seriously. Only truth can align you to reality. And the reality is that we are blessed with all we ever will need already (Ephesians 1:3). Proclaiming the truth is what manifests these blessings.

An Urgent Message

Time and space do not permit me to go into great detail about the scientific background to this message but I would encourage my readers to “Google” and learn as much as they can, avoiding or sprinkling with a large dose of salt some of the wackier stuff out there.

The essence of the message is this: Many experts are predicting that, due to the Gulf Stream having been disrupted, there is a very real possibility that we may enter a mini ice age in Britain over the next few years. This “ice age” has varying prospective levels, from colder winters and shorter summers to “The Day After Tomorrow” scenarios with literally millions of people in danger of being buried under snowfalls of ten metres and more. Even the mildest option, of colder weather in general, would result in smaller harvests, something which would have a devastating effect on our economy.

The cause of the ruptured Gulf Stream is reckoned to be the Deepwater Horizon oil spill. The 64 million dollar question which many are asking is: was this rupture of the sea bed in the Gulf of Mexico a horrendous accident or a heinous act of attempted genocide by sinister powers intent on destroying our nation? There is much speculation that weather weapons such as HAARP are being used on both “rogue states” and even countries in the UN.

Even the mainstream media are carrying stories of this nature. Please note that it doesn’t require massive drops in average temperature to bring about these conditions; most experts are predicting only a one degree drop in median temperature levels could decimate our islands and make them a wintry wilderness!

I am not one to predict doom and gloom. As someone who lives as a postmillennialist, I am given to incessant optimism! But it is extreme folly to ignore the possibility that, on the road to the future glories we will walk in here in the British Isles, we will encounter very real trials of an epic nature. The situation is very simple: if, as many experts are saying, the rupture of the Gulf Stream means a mini ice age looms for Britain, only the hand of God can preserve and save us from what is very possibly an extinction level event. And from the malevolence of those who engineered this weather attack, if it is the case that Deepwater Horizon was no accident.

The Gulf Stream is one of the remarkable evidences in creation of God’s ordaining these British Isles as the last days dwelling of His people. Its warm waters lave the shores of Britain and act as a buffer and temper of colder fronts which we could rightly expect to experience given our latitude on the planet. The Gulf Stream begins at the tip of Florida and travels up the east coast of America before crossing the Atlantic. It splits in two and it is the northern flow which comes to Britain. This is known as the North Atlantic Drift. The Gulf Stream is part of a delicate ecosystem and works in conjunction with other sea flows such as the ocean conveyor belt. Any tampering with this global system is bound to wreak havoc on our climate. The extremes in weather being experienced all around the world at this time are a result of such tampering. When man begins to tinker with the weather, the only possible result is a Frankenstein’s creature.

Over and over in Scripture Yahweh emphasises that He is the Creator and makes constant reference to His ruling the seas and heavens. Often this is in a prophetic context. Now we know why. It is incumbent upon every believer reading this message to seek the Lord over this very real threat to our way of life, if not our very existence. A mini ice age may destroy our dependence upon the luxuries of a technology-driven lifestyle, reducing us to a more basic and primitive way of life. It could be argued that this would not be a bad thing spiritually. But if the ice age is an act of genocide designed to depopulate our islands, this is an unspeakable evil which must be resisted.

I have had prophetic visions of an ice age since I was very young. I do not see this as necessarily the will of God being revealed as much as it being one of several possible futures we could experience. Our emphasis must not be on weather patterns or events; we are not to live lives defined by the atmospheric heavens but we are to live from and pray down that which is in the third heaven. Britain’s future will neither be shaped by satanic fury nor by man’s malevolence. It will be wrought by the declared purpose of God. Britain will be drenched with the glory of Yahweh. Albion will be revealed – the white island. This whiteness may, as it has recently, be symbolised in the natural by snow. However, the true whiteness of Albion is the holiness God has ordained for these isles and coastlands.

Right Hand Of Falsehood

Many will remember the vivid picture of Tommy Sheridan being sworn in as an MSP when he infamously lifted a fist in defiance of the monarchy instead of the customary open hand.

I was reminded of this when reading the following today:

It is he that giveth salvation unto kings: who delivereth David his servant from the hurtful sword. 

Rid me, and deliver me from the hand of strange children, whose mouth speaketh vanity, and their right hand is a right hand of falsehood:

PSALM 144:10,11

The word "vanity" means lies, deceit. Psalm 144 is a psalm of David. Our present Queen is, of course, descended from King David and sits on the Throne of David. Tommy Sheridan's defiance of this Throne has been recompensed to  him. He has reaped what he has sown. His refusal to pledge true allegiance to God's instrument of dominion on planet earth has resulted in his being judged for speaking lies. Just as his right hand is one of falsehood i.e. he refused to properly give his sworn oath of fealty, so his perjurous mouth has been exposed.

This is a very sobering instance of God defending the Davidic Throne and dealing severely with its detractors. Those who oppose our monarchy, beware. To do so is to oppose the Living God.

On a personal level, I feel sorry for Mr Sheridan. I wish he didn't have to go to jail. But God is not mocked. Whatever a man sows, he must reap. I pray Mr Sheridan finds God and throws himself on His mercy.
