The Word Of The Lord To Scotland

A prophetic word from Bill McMurdo

O Scotland
How oft would I have held you to My bosom
And sheltered you under the canopy of My wings
But you would not, preferring instead comforts of your own making
And seeking shelter in your vanities

For I would have drenched you with My glory
But you sought your own glories and basked in the pride of your achievements
Even now you boast in your conceit
And seek your own vainglory

Many times I have reached out My hand to you
Yet you turned your back on Me and shunned the help of The Holy One
You chose to forget MY Name and neglect My Word
I would have fed you with the Bread of Life
But you chose to be the sick man, eating that which does not satisfy

Your forefathers knew Me and I was their boast
You, on the other hand, seek to forge your own destiny
You have been Enlightened with wisdom, yet not that from above
And you plan a future with no place for the One who made you and formed you

I ordained you, Scotland, as chief of the nations
Yet you have abused and misused My trust
You have gone the path of the rebellious
And followed those who praise themselves

The destiny I have for you, you disdain as dung
You prefer instead to follow fancies and fill your life with futile things
You have made idols of blessings
And profaned that which is holy

Yours was a land of bloodshed and tyranny
Therefore I brought peace and security to you
Yet now you seek to be your own
And no longer want to be My covenanted nation and people

You seek to break covenant with Me
And My holy purpose for you
Come back to Me, My land
I, The Lord, do weep for you
And my prophets cry out in anguish

Be the people of The Lord once more
Be the people of The Book once more
And I will crown you with greatness
And engulf you in My glory

Glory is your purpose, My beloved Scotland
Turn not from it, says your God

I Will Make Them One Nation

In what could be called the British Israel dimension of Christian teaching, there is a very powerful and sobering message for Scots who will be voting in September's referendum.

Traditional old-school BI has the Jews as Judah and the Northern Europeans of Anglo, Saxon, Celtic, Scandinavian stock as descendants of the Northern House of Israel who were carried into captivity by the Assyrians and who subsequently migrated across the European landmass into the coastlands of Northern Europe and the British Isles.

More thorough scholarship has modified this view in recent years, both by taking into account the Khazarian origin of many Jews and by allowing for the reality that the vast body of Judahites did not return from Babylonian captivity but that they followed their Israelite kinsfolk on the migratory trail.

This more developed approach has seen the emergence in BI of the broadly accepted teaching that what we call Celts - more properly known as Gaels - are the descendants of Judahites, while Angles, Saxons and Vikings are from the Northern House of Israel.

In essence, then, the Judahite stock is to be found among the Gaelic people in Wales, Ireland and Scotland - along with Cornwall. Anglo-Saxon England is where you will find people of Northern Israel stock i.e. those from Ephraim and Samaria. I use these terms nationally more than tribally in this context.

The re-union of the Jews and Gentiles spoken of in the New Testament - in particular in Ephesians chapter 2 - has long been interpreted as a coming together in the Messiah of Jews and Gentiles. However, this also has to be reviewed and revised to suit more recent developments in scholarship. The traditional view made for a cosy outlook on relationships between the Israeli state and the western powers, particularly Britain and America.

However, if the traditional view has been replaced, then this effects the ongoing dynamics of relationships between Jews and Christians. In other words, the convenient jigsaw fit of old-fashioned British Israel teaching that unites the two in a Judeo-Christian compact way beyond mainstream Christian thinking is no longer fit for purpose.

Saying that, it is a debate for another place and another time.

Based on the premise that Gaelic peoples are descendants of Judahites and Anglo-Saxons are descended from Northern House Israelites, the Jew-Gentile union spoken of in Ephesians 2 is far more relevant and applicable to Scotland's referendum debate than the dynamics between the west and the Israeli state.

It helps to be aware that the terms "Jew" and "Gentile" are invented terms. In the original languages, "Jew" means Judahite or Judaean and "Gentile" simply means of the nations.

What we call Jews in terms of the Pharisaical religion developed after the return from Babylon is understood more in English but is not found in Greek. There is no distinguishing word in Greek or Hebrew that means "Jew" and not "Judahite".

As we see in Ezekiel chapter 37, God's purpose always incorporated a re-union of the separated Israel peoples:

The word of YHWH came again to me, saying,
"You, son of man, take one stick, and write on it, 'For Judah, and for the children of Israel his companions': then take another stick, and write on it, 'For Joseph, the stick of Ephraim, and for all the house of Israel his companions':
and join them for you one to another into one stick, that they may become one in your hand.
When the children of your people shall speak to you, saying, 'Will you not show us what you mean by these?'
tell them, 'Thus says the Lord GOD: "Behold, I will take the stick of Joseph, which is in the hand of Ephraim, and the tribes of Israel his companions; and I will put them with it, even with the stick of Judah, and make them one stick, and they shall be one in my hand."'
The sticks whereon you write shall be in your hand before their eyes.
"Say to them, 'Thus says the Lord GOD: "Behold, I will take the children of Israel from among the nations, where they are gone, and will gather them on every side, and bring them into their own land:
and I will make them one nation in the land, on the mountains of Israel; and one king shall be king to them all; and they shall be no more two nations, neither shall they be divided into two kingdoms any more at all;
neither shall they defile themselves any more with their idols, nor with their detestable things, nor with any of their transgressions; but I will save them out of all their dwelling places, in which they have sinned, and will cleanse them: so shall they be my people, and I will be their God.
"'"My servant David shall be king over them; and they all shall have one shepherd: they shall also walk in my ordinances, and observe my statutes, and do them.
They shall dwell in the land that I have given to Jacob my servant, in which your fathers lived; and they shall dwell therein, they, and their children, and their children's children, forever: and David my servant shall be their prince for ever.
Moreover I will make a covenant of peace with them; it shall be an everlasting covenant with them; and I will place them, and multiply them, and will set my sanctuary in their midst forevermore.
My tent also shall be with them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.
The nations shall know that I am YHWH who sanctifies Israel, when my sanctuary shall be in their midst forevermore."'"
EZEKIEL 37:16-28 NHEBSYE

Israel and Judah were to be re-united and become one nation and one kingdom under one shepherd.

Many BI scholars believe this was fulfilled when James VI of Scotland and I of England ascended the English throne. Full Union happened a century later and it is important to understand that Scotland and England under the terms of the Act of Union both gave up individual nationhood to become ONE nation and ONE kingdom called Great Britain.

Britain is a Hebrew term, translated as covenant nation or covenant people.

This passage in Ezekiel ties in with the passage in Ephesians chapter 2:-

Therefore remember that you, once Gentiles (nations) in the flesh — who are called Uncircumcision by what is called the Circumcision made in the flesh by hands —  that at that time you were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope and without God in the world.  But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ. For He Himself is our peace, who has made both one, and has broken down the middle wall of separation, having abolished in His flesh the enmity, that is, the law of commandments contained in ordinances, so as to create in Himself one new man from the two, thus making peace, and that He might reconcile them both to God in one body through the cross, thereby putting to death the enmity. And He came and preached peace to you who were afar off and to those who were near. For through Him we both have access by one Spirit to the Father. EPHESIANS 2:11-18 NKJV

This passage is understood very simply from a BI perspective as being another way of looking at the two sticks becoming one in Ezekiel. The two men i.e. Israel and Judah would be re-united as one new man in Christ. Israel - that is, Northern Israel - had become Gentilised i.e. of the nations, pagan and outside of the covenant relationship with YHWH. Remember that this Northern House of Israel was divorced from YHWH (see the Book of Hosea) but the Southern Kingdom was not.

Northern Kingdom Israelites were thus "lost sheep" and estranged from the covenant promises. They were regarded as strangers and known as the Uncircumcised to reflect their identification with pagans.

Of course, we see that this mystical re-union of the Northern House of Israel and the Southern House of Judah took place at the cross, accomplished in the blood of Christ. How apt that three crosses make up the flag of this UNITED Kingdom.

Gentilised Israel was adopted back to the status of sonship because Christ took the curse upon Him, allowing these scattered Israelites to be blessed with Abraham's blessing once more.

This is the BI perspective on relationships between Judahite Gaels and English Anglo-Saxons. Jesus removed the enmity and brought union and peace.
Hatred between the Gael and the Saxon is thus enemy seed and must be bound out of our national life. Sadly, hatred has much to do with this coming referendum.

I accept that not everyone has this BI revelation and some may reject it.

However, other powerful scriptural warnings that appeal more to a mainstream way of thinking provide ample warning that voting to split up the UK is a dangerous thing to do.

My son, fear Jehovah and the king; and do not fellowship with those who are given to change; PROVERBS 24:21 VW

Young's Literal Translation calls these people "changers" and it is like something out of science fiction when you examine the Hebrew. The word in Hebrew is shanah and it literally means to transmute i.e. to mutate! It means to become an alter or a double but one changed inside, even though the outward appearance is the same.

It is a bit like the sci fi cult film They Live! where aliens lived among humans undetectable without the use of certain glasses.

The shanah live among us and they are intent on changing things - and not for the better!

I have seen this happen in this referendum debate - devout Unionists going weird and becoming shanah. Of course, John McPhee saw all this would happen and prophesied it.

The Master Himself warned against these things when He said that a divided kingdom was ripe for destruction:-

And Jesus knew their thoughts, and said unto them, Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation; and every city or house divided against itself shall not stand: MATTHEW 12:25

Division - the creation of another vision - is thus a tactic used to conquer people.

These two scriptures on the introduction of change and division, along with the subsequent warnings about both, place a strong burden on those who want to introduce precisely these elements to national life by calling for a separate Scotland to provide overwhelming evidence that they are not being destructive in doing so.

I led with the British Israel argument because it is the most potent and removes all possible argument, particularly when you factor in the BI belief that the British Throne is the continuation of the biblical Throne of King David in the earth.

I accept that for those who struggle to accept this, it is a big ask to swallow it whole. I remember my own fierce resistance to British Israel so won't hold it against anyone who feels that way.

However, there is enough to be found in Scripture to argue an irresistible case for NOT changing things on September 18th.

What is important is the motive or reason for change. My own observation is that much of it is rooted in resentment and anti-English sentiment. Hardly good enough reasons for breaking up a Union that Scots have led and excelled in for over 300 years.

The over-riding argument in the whole matter is that this referendum is not about personal choice or political allegiance. Those who say it is are fools and Christians who see it as a matter of personal whim are grossly carnal.

The truth is that this referendum is all about God's will. In other words, you have to be sure you are on God's side of the fence before you cast your vote.

The reality is that to vote against the will of God in such a matter is very reckless and astonishingly dangerous.

If you are unsure about how to vote, then don't. But pray His will be done. You can vote AND pray this but remember the key issue is not what we think is best - it is what the will of God is on the matter.

Yvonne Hall made a good point about asking ourselves if the Act of Union was a business deal type of agreement for a season or a binding covenant. Only an idiot would say it was anything other than a covenant, given that Britain means covenant land.

The issue we must not skirt around is that it is for those who desire change and division to make a valid case for such. This case must be much more compelling than blaming Westminster for all our societal ills, particularly when there are worryingly anti-English undertones to the argument.

Another way of looking at it is will Scotland be a better place spiritually if separation was obtained? In a sense, this is the same as asking is it God's will?

What is remarkable is that in the nation where God's sovereignty over the land, people and rulers was demonstrated perhaps greater than at any other time in post-biblical history by the Reformation and all that it entailed, we are entertaining the notion of changing our destiny as a country with very little thought given to God's will in the matter.

In ancient times, God made the leader of the then world superpower mad until he acknowledged the eternal truth that the Most High ruleth in the kingdom of men and giveth it to whomsoever He will.

Let's hope that the 2008 film Doomsday about a Scotland separated from the world because its inhabitants contracted a disease called the Reaper Virus that made them mad was not a prophetic omen.

Let us also hope that the deciding factor in Scotland's destiny has more to do with what God's people say and do in the courts and Throne Room of heaven than in the ballet box booths.

Destroying The Harlot System Part 1

Now there arose up a new king over Egypt, which knew not Joseph.
EXODUS 1:8

History shows us that the achievements of men live on, though their memory fades. Today in Britain we could say that today's rulers know not John Knox, John Wesley or Smith Wigglesworth.

More than this, we could say that they have no wish to know those spiritual giants used by God to forge our society.

Egypt's greatness was enhanced by the work of Joseph as under-ruler to the Pharaoh of his day. However, after the passing of time the contribution of Joseph was no longer honoured and his kinsmen Israelites no longer valued.

By this time in Egypt's history, Israel was perceived as a threat to the integrity of the nation. If the powerful Israelite faction were to join forces with an external enemy, it could be the ruin of the proud Egyptians.

Today in Britain the vast constituency of ordinary, decent, law-abiding citizens is perceived as a threat by successive governments. The morality and innate sense of fairness among ordinary Britons is despised by the social engineers who infest our political, media and cultural institutions. The Christian faith is continually under attack by those who "know better" and wish to impose their superior ideas upon us.

Therefore they did set over them taskmasters to afflict them with their burdens. And they built for Pharaoh treasure cities, Pithom and Raamses.
EXODUS 1:11

What was the Egyptian response to the threat of having God's people in their midst? They set them to building and maintaining treasure cities. This parallels today's society where people are pressured to join the rat race and live as indentured slaves, serving the bankers.

We are all tasked with serving the banker. The entire political philosophy of this present government is to pay the banker his due. Even governments are slaves to the bankers in the 21st century.

It is not the destiny of God's people to serve mammon. Yet that is what the spirit of this age demands. God wants His people free to serve Him but the adversary wants us to serve mammon and build his treasure cities.

And the Egyptians made the children of Israel to serve with rigour;
And they made their lives bitter with hard bondage, in morter, and in brick, and in all manner of service in the field: all their service, wherein they made them serve, was with rigour.
EXODUS 1:13,14

The service of mammon is hard bondage. The system constantly looks for ways to make things harder and harder - stealth taxes, inflation, manipulation of interest rates, changing rules and regulations etc.

The word "rigour" here means harshness. It is a harsh life serving Leviathan.

And the king of Egypt spake to the Hebrew midwives, of which the name of the one was Shiphrah, and the name of the other Puah:
And he said, When ye do the office of a midwife to the Hebrew women, and see them upon the stools; if it be a son, then ye shall kill him: but if it be a daughter, then she shall live.
But the midwives feared God, and did not as the king of Egypt commanded them, but saved the men children alive.
EXODUS 1:15-17

Here we see that the spirit of Pharaoh is the spirit of abortion. The enemy knows when God is seeking to do something in the earth. God always sends deliverance and it is normally a man. So infanticide is a favourite tool of both satan and his world order when God seeks to birth a deliverer into the earth.

Nowadays, this is not gender-specific because we live in a New Covenant era. We should not be surprised that abortion is so prevalent in our Western societies when we are believing God for a mighty endtime revival. The evil one knows that this generation could be his last hurrah so is doing everything he can to abort it. Literally.

This also explains why the tampering with the Law of Succession in respect to our royal house. The despiser has heard the prophetic message of the shepherd king coming to Albion's throne and is seeking to thwart it. Yet God's purpose will not be altered. The best efforts of Pharoah did not prevent the birthing of sons to Israelite homes - indeed his own palaces were to be "invaded" by the very deliverer he sought to destroy.

No amount of cunning or violence can prevent the plans and purposes of YHWH from coming to fruition. This is why it is so vital in this day to both pray and proclaim these plans and purposes into manifestation.

Today, just as in days of old, our God wants to break us free from the house of bondage and throw Rahab down in the sea.

It will happen - so press in to it, child of God.

Yours is the generation that will see the harlot overthrown.

An Amazing Prophecy

I often refer to that grand old man John McPhee's prophecy that God will divide mankind by the Throne of David.

When I first read it it struck a chord in my spirit and I often wondered how it would come to pass.

It is doing exactly that right now.

All over the Land of Destiny people are discovering within themselves the true state of their hearts and their allegiance - either as the shannah who seek change or as those loyal to the Throne of David in the midst.

As John Mcphee was only too aware and as Jesus Himself warned, the divide would not be between those who professed His Lordship and those who didn't - it would be a deeper heart issue.

Even fervent believers are discovering in their own hearts their attachment to those given to change outweighs their inner man. Sadly, all too many have swallowed the deception that mistakes rebellion for freedom. To do this they must ignore or reject multiple scriptural warnings not to go the path they are determined to walk in.

Yet God has His hidden ones. For His own purpose, He has those loyal to the Throne of David and they are often the most surprising of people!

It is a bitterly divided land we live in but we have the promise of God that destruction and shame will be upon those who would destroy us as a nation. Furthermore, we believe that God will not only defeat those who oppose Him but destroy these enemies by making them friends - i.e. revival will burn up even the shannah in its glorious path and make them His jewels.

I am often reminded by the Lord that it has to be this way, that men may see for themselves what is in their own hearts. The purpose of it all is central to the Church of Philadelphia - that men would know the Name. God wants to put His Name on this nation and He knows the path we must take toward this.

We often refer to the Key Of David. This Key is the very thing that is dividing mankind just now. Its presence is creating the separation of sheep and goats around the Throne.

When the Stone came back to the Land of Destiny some years ago, I knew it was for this end - that which we are experiencing now is the ripple effect of its presence.

God must divide the loyal from the shannah. That is His plan and purpose.

Each man, woman and child must make their choice.

The Throne of David or the beast system of Babylon.

John McPhee's prophetic word is coming to pass.

The Sad Tale Of An Unfriended Friend

No sooner had I finished my latest book God’s Key To Tomorrow - in which I mentioned the sometimes vicious opposition of Christians to The Key Of David revelation – than somebody who was a Facebook friend posted “Down with the monarchy” on his profile. The timing was more than coincidence, since I had not uploaded the ebook site to my own profile.

This poor soul is typical of those entrenched in a Sardis mentality – “loving” Jesus while rebelling against God’s anointed monarchy and spouting abuse to those of us to whom God has revealed The Key Of David. The humorous part was that this person claims that the British monarchy is in an unholy triumvirate of antichrist conspirators along with the Rothschilds and the Vatican, hellbent on ruling planet earth in defiance against the Lord Jesus. He is clearly aware of the conspiracy, then. The humorous thing is that he, along with commendable zeal in professing fealty to Jesus, also just as equally promotes his own communist political affiliation. Perhaps he is unaware of the Rothschilds’ well-documented role in creating communism and their alleged funding of Karl Marx himself?

The tragedy of this is that this deluded soul is typical of those who reject The Key Of David. Being short on intelligence and information cannot be balanced by excessive zeal. Many opponents of The Key Of David are fervent believers in Christ; however they all exhibit a closed-minded approach to things. They believe their zealousness will make them impervious to error when, in fact, it keeps them from truth. Sadly, they also resort to abusive comments, most of which are said behind your back.

The vehement hatred of those who are still stuck in a Sardis paradigm is a great grievance to those of us in Philadelphia. There is the strong desire to bless people with The Key Of David which motivates us, yes, but it is very difficult for those who have this Key to comprehend that some of the most fervent Christians we know will never receive it. Frankly, this continues to shock us that the Lord Himself is aware of it and has deemed it to be that way! Revelation 18:4 shows that God is well aware that some will choose to stay in Babylon, even while it is suffering plagues of divine judgment. Also, history shows us that many Christians lived their lives rejecting the latest truth to be revealed – healing, Pentecostal outpouring, Charismatic movement etc.

Some have a real terror, it seems, of being led into deception. This terror motivates them to be so “on guard” that they reject new revelation from the Holy Spirit. It is like an over-protective computer program that won’t allow the things you need and want in its determination to protect you from viruses and malware.

I thank God for mentors, including the Lord Himself, who taught me to be open to new truth and revelation. Acquiring data to feed head knowledge is not the same as revelation knowledge. Sadly, many believers are never taught to receive revelation knowledge; in fact, the very notion of it is often discouraged by some teachers. There are some things flesh and blood cannot reveal to you; they must come from the Father. Those who have truly received The Key Of David have done so by Holy Spirit revelation. Studying it won’t necessarily hurt but you need to hear this truth in the inner man.

Maybe one day we will be more relaxed about those who are hostile in their rejection of The Key Of David. I don’t think so, however. The Key itself is the inner witness of concern and compassion for those who are not yet walking in it. To be casually accepting of its absence in the lives of others is, perhaps, more worrying proof of its absence in ours. May it never be so.

My Facebook friend and I parted ways. I had to unfriend him as he got abusive about the monarchy. Proverbs 24:21 says we are not to be joined or fellowship with those who are like that. Sometimes all you can do is hit the unfriend button.

Jubilee Thoughts

It is important to emphasise that those of us who have The Key Of David revealed are not in any way promoting blind faith or fealty in the British Throne. We are not blind to the weaknesses and transgressions of those who sit upon this Throne. We are definitively not advocating any notion of a cult of worship of the monarchy. YHWH Himself says HE will make the House of David as God to the people in the last days. However, no serious spiritual person would interpret that as a right to receive worship due to the Lord alone.

It is important to mention this for several reasons.

Firstly, it is easy to get caught away in Jubilee euphoria. Celebrating 60 years of Elizabeth’s reign is fine. However, we must remember it is God’s judgement on a monarch which defines his/her reign. The dreadful words of 1 Kings 11:6 still shock when we read them. The very zenith of the Old Covenant was the coming to the Throne of a king whose own reign ended in such awful words.

Secondly, there are those who are spiritual babes who would misinterpret our zeal for The Key Of David to be a form of false worship at worst or inordinate emphasis at least.

And thirdly, there are those too clever to believe this but primed by malice to use it as an accusation against us.

There is, of course, what Isaiah termed the “crown of pride,” an inappropriate jingoistic patriotism that can breed racial superiority complexes and hatred of others. We must shun this false loyalty to the Throne.

You see, there are dangers lurking when you follow the path from Sardis to Philadelphia. Sardis will not give up its reign without a bitter fight. We cannot forget there can be no fellowship between those who have The Key Of David and those who do not. Nothing is more heartbreaking to those in Philadelphia but it is YHWH’s emphatic judgment on the matter. All we can do is invite those who will come to come, trusting in the Lord.

We start from what looks like a weak position. There is no Empire to boast of, no Victoria nor Victoriana to vaunt. Yet this seeming weakness is itself but proof of The Key Of David. Psalm 89 records in serious detail the humbling of the Davidic Throne in times of declension and backsliding. There is no doubt this is such a time. The glory has been stockpiled and only glimpses remain. Therefore The Key Of David must be received in faith.

We celebrate 60 years of our Queen’s Majesty. Yet we look toward the future. We do not accept man’s purpose for our monarchy but only God’s. If you have The Key Of David you know this future to be glorious, though at great cost. If you do not, your need of it is desperate.

Honour all men. Love the brotherhood. Fear God. Honour the king.

The Indefatigable George

George Galloway’s victory in the Bradford by-election is a wake-up call for both political parties and the people of Britain.

There has been an instant backlash from patriotic Britons, who believe Gallous George to be a traitor to the nation.

However, while Mr Galloway can be a very irritating person and also one prone to spectacular errors in judgment, he also has an annoying habit of being right.

His opposition to the Iraq and Afghanistan wars, coupled with his stinging blasts against innocent lives being lost in pursuance of these wars, makes uncomfortable hearing. But he is not wrong.

The fact is, our government is engaging in military campaigns in these areas that are not defensible from any standpoint. British lives are being lost as well as the ever-mounting toll of innocents who live in these war-ravaged lands.

That is not to even mention the atrocities carried out by both British and American military over the last decade in these campaigns.

Many patriots are actually calling for the same thing as George Galloway, which is to end these pointless wars and get our troops home. His exuberance in using things which many find to be unpalatable ought not deflect from the fact he is right to castigate our political leaders for sending our servicemen and women there in the first place.

People are also making a big deal of Mr Galloway’s backing from the Asian community. Are they suggesting that this community should not have an opinion or the right to voice it in the “mother of democracies”? Those who know me know I am not making a case for democracy. It’s just a curious observation of mine that those who do champion democracy are often happy to deny its vaunted freedoms and privileges to those they disagree with.

Those who are happy to Muslim-bash should remind themselves that they most likely voted for a party which flooded our borders with these people in the first place. The Muslim in our midst is a self-created problem. If it is one.

At the risk of offending some, I will state again my position. The Muslim is not our enemy. He is our ally against our true enemy.

A far more potent enemy to Britain’s interests is not the devout faith of the Islamist, it is the infidelity of so-called Christians. You cannot claim the land to be Christian if you, yourself, are not.

Because then, in a Christian nation, you would be the alien.

George Galloway knows this, as do Muslims. What they despise and rail against – and rightly so - is the hypocrisy of those who profess a faith they do not practise. Sadly, the Muslims in our midst have a higher standard of Christianity than we have.

On that matter, they agree with the Lord of hosts.
